Fee-focused and Commission-free investing
Aisa Financial Planning rebates all commissions received. Our financial adviser fees are below:
Step 1
We understand your objectives and plans.
Step 2
We charge a fee to put our advice in writing.
Step 3
You consider our advice under no obligation.
Step 4
Agreed actions are implemented for the agreed fee.
How We Work
We offer financial advice in a way that is transparent, flexible and designed around your needs. You can choose to work with us on a transactional basis (one-off advice), or you may choose to benefit from our ongoing advice and service package, which supports you throughout the year.
Advice Fees by Complexity
Our fees also reflect the complexity of the advice required. The following are the minimum fees for the type of work undertaken.
If you prefer advice for a specific need such as setting up a new investment, reviewing pension options, or receiving guidance on a single financial decision, we can provide this on a transactional, one-off basis.
You receive a full written recommendation and, if you choose to proceed, the fee for implementing the advice will follow our tiered structure.
Tier 1 Core Advice
Minimum fee: £500
Tier 2 Enhanced Advice
Minimum fee: £1,000
Tier 3 Advanced Planning
Minimum fee: £1,500
Tier 4 Specialist Solutions
Minimum fee: £2,000
Tier 5 Complex Advice
Minimum fee: £4,000 – £5,000
How Minimum Fees and Investment Fees Interact
Our complexity tiers define the minimum fee for the work we carry out.
If your investment implementation fee (based on the tiered investment structure above) is greater than the minimum fee for the relevant tier, the investment fee applies.
If the investment fee is lower, the minimum fee for the complexity tier applies instead.
This ensures our fees always remain fair, consistent and reflective of the amount of work involved.
Investment Fees
We operate a single tiered fee structure for all investment and pension implementation. This means the same charging approach applies whether the advice relates to pensions, ISAs, investment portfolios or lump-sum arrangements.
Using one structure keeps our fees simple, transparent and consistent, with charges based only on the amount being invested rather than the type of product recommended.
Our Tiered Structure
On the first £100,000 the charge is 3%
The charge is 2% on additional amounts between £100,001-£350,000
The charge is 1.5% on additional amounts between £350,001-£1,000,000
Plus 0.5% on the amount over £1,000,000
For example:
You ask us to conduct a review of investments (excluding offshore) with a charge of £500 and then you elect to invest:
| Investment Amount | Your Potential Fee |
|---|---|
| £150,000 | £4,000 (2.67%) |
| £250,000 | £6,000 (2.40%) |
| £450,000 | £9,500 (2.11%) |
| £850,000 | £15,500 (1.82%) |
Note: All figures exclude VAT
